We are looking for a Industrial Parts Specialist with the qualifications below;

• BS/MS degree in related areas from a reputable university,
• Excellent command of written & verbal French and good command of English,
• Preferably proficiency in Spanish, Russian and/or Chinese,
• 3+ years experience in Customer Services and Sales positions,
• Experience about technical products and technical production industries,
• Knowlegde about, material handling systems, cement, mining, asphalt, fertilizer or power generation industries is an asset,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programs,
• Preferably ERP knowledge is an asset,
• Strong communication, representation, persuasion, and sales skills,
• Researcher and open to improvement, managing over time work,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction for travelling in and out of country,
• Willing to work extra hours when necessary,
• Driving licence (class B).

Job Description;

• Meeting customer demands while considering customer satisfaction
• Preparing all kinds of information and documents required by customers
• Supporting Sales Team and representing BSK Global in BSK Regions
• Managing and translating corporate documents about sales/customer services related areas
• Conducting business in an international environment,
• Be actively involved in all kind of sales processes for ensuring customer retention and customer satisfaction,
• Being responsible for following up and preparing the proposal processes using offers and price analysis,
• Managing the order as a result of converting the prepared offer into an order.
• Issuing and sending orders to suppliers,
• Order the information to be made after the use of orders, document and inform the relevant units,
• Necessary logistics organization and follow-up related to the project,
• Following the import and export transactions with the customs company.
