Xenon Smart is an R&D company delivering innovative solutions by developing IoT hardware and software solutions. We are looking for motivated teammates who will contribute to our expanding growth.

Office locations; Istanbul Sarıyer Vadi Istanbul and Gebze Bilişim Vadisi. Applications are accepted in both locations.

On the job, you would:

• Based on the requirements identify, analyze, and document problems / features with program function, output, online screen, or content,
• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers,
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures,
• Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards,
• Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness,
• Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution,
• Investigate customer issues and report as a bug within Jira.

Skills:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field,
• 3+ years analyst experience required on technical analysis roles,
• Familiarities with MQTT, Web Socket protocols,
• Experience required with cloud technologies is a desired. Either one of AWS, Azure, or KAA cloud platform nice to have,
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills desired,
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels,
• Self-motivated, hardworking, social, and driven by job done,
• A qucik learner, adaptable to picking up new skills and technologies and applying experience to successfully deliver results,
• Reading and documenting work-related information,
• Skilled in troubleshooting, breaking down problems, documenting, and estimating efforts,
• Measuring how well a system is working and how to improve it,
• Figuring out how a system should work and how changes in the future will affect it,
• Make general rules or come up with answers from lots of detailed information,
• Report defects accordingly, 
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable,
• English fluency required both verbal and written.
