We are looking for a “Contract Management Specialist” for our company operating in the field of defense industry.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree will be plus,
• Experience in Contract Management preferably in defense industry,
• High level of reading, comprehension and dissemination of information,
  
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain detailed records and great attention to detail,
  
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally,
• Take responsibility and ownership,
• Effective communication and negotiation skills,
• Experience with customer facing roles,
• Willingness and ability to travel,
• Resident in İstanbul /European side.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create, review, edit, and negotiate Contract Agreements (Sales, Purchase, Agency, NDAs, etc.),
• Responsible for administration of all contracts and change orders,
• Risk Management from pre-award phase to close out for all associated terms and conditions,
• Implement contract documentation for procurement, proposals and agreements in conjunction with corporate law department,
• Contract negotiations, making decisions during negotiations, preparing adjustments to contract documents,
• Apply and maintain export and import licenses in coordination with Corporate law department.
