Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Marketing Team to ensure the quality of our creative work

• Assists the Creative Agency to improve the brand’s visual world efficiency

• Review all creative before it goes externally, ensure both on brand and advise on the company’s best practices

• Collaborates with Marketing Team to ensure the briefs submitted to design are within the brand standards, helping to source inspiration as needed.

• Practical thinking and solution base action aligning with Director of Marketing & Communication.

• Inspiring the agency to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work for creative across all paid social channels.

• Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies

• Ability to describe the project with accurate visuals in line with the brief and brand expectations

• Experience in developing ideas and concepts

• Supporting social media as a tool to strengthen the brand’s story

• Ability to create insight-based designs and ideas that suit the dynamics of the brand

• Ability to follow trends and nourish the brand with these trends.

• Carrying out extensive market research.

• Luxury high end approach and understanding 

• Photo and video productions

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field

• 3+ years of agency experience

• Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development

• Strong concept and strategy development skills

• Excellent level of English (both written and spoken) 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Strong creative mind

• Highly creative portfolio of current projects (social media advertising samples preferred)

• Knowledge and experience in creative design and digital design.

• Experience using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers and other designers.
