Guess Türkiye Staj Başvurusu – Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing our logistics operations.

You will be responsible for managing the movements of transportations, analyzing, and improving the logistical processes. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrice in a fast -paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.    
• Manage and optimize the transportations, Customs & warehousing, and distribution of products to meet customer demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent stock shortages or overages.
• Ownership of handling operational exceptions with the logistics executions areas.
• Handle logistics claims received from our customers (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce) and RMA’s (Return products). Take corrective actions to prevent similar claims from happening in the future.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain management, Business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management or related min 2 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Fluent English.
