Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree,

Advanced level of spoken and written English and communication skills,

Knowledge of other languages is preferred(French, German, Italian, Spanish)

Candidates who have experience in the hair transplant industry are preferred,

Attention to detail in a fast-paced and busy environment,

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful or difficult situations.

Job Description

Assisting patients during their visit to the hotel.

Managing the hotel’s flux of patients. 

Coordinating the patients’ transport and accommodations with the representatives and clinic staff. 

Translating necessary information between patients and staff.

Passing the required information clearly to the patients about their treatment.

Ensuring that the patient is informed about the whole process.

Ability to adapt to an intense work environment,

Being in contact with the necessary staff and units to solve the problems related to the care of the patients.
