QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Clinic Center registered both in the UK and Turkey is looking for Interns who will join young, dynamic and international team of Clinic Center office in Izmir. Interns will be working at International Patient Relations Department and will play an important role between Sales Department and International Patient Relations Department for patients’ treatment with Clinic Center. 

Clinic Center is the 15th fastest growing company in Turkey and one of the biggest service exporters in Turkey by entering the TIM Service Exporters 500 list in 2018 & 2019 and 2020. As Clinic Center we are specialized in arranging hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, in-vitro fertilization and dental treatments in Turkey. Our partner doctors have treated many patients from various countries such as United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, United States of America and Middle East. 

Requirements

• University graduate preferably from foreign languages, health or tourism related departments
• Advanced level of English 
• Another European language knowledge is a plus 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
• Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
• Persistent, passionate, enthusiastic and customer service driven
• Have great attention to detail

Job Description

The candidate will deal with international patients after sales process and transfer their files to International Patient Relations Department. The job description includes but not limited to the following tasks,

International Patient Relations Specialist 

• Coordination with international patients
• Controlling travel arrangements for the patients
• Cooperation with different departments
• Entering the patient data to the company CRM 
• Pass the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism packages
• Transferring the patient file to the International Patient Relations Department
• Daily / weekly / monthly reporting
• Other tasks given by management
