We are looking for a talented service support agent to join the Cummins CARE Europe organization within Cummins Distribution Business Unit (DBU). The goal is to build a first class service support model in the region and thus enhance customer experience with Cummins products and services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following;

–  Preferably final year student in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Marine Mechanical Engineering of reputable universities.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English (Able to communicate with interdisciplinary, international teams as well as with customers).

– Social skills:

·       Builds trust and confidence

·       Customer oriented

·       Communicates effectively

·       Colaborates with others to meet shared objectives

– Has knowledge or interest in engine & auxiliary systems and new generation power systems.

 

Tasks

-Supporting technical escalation process in Turkiye (first point of contact).

-Responding to phone calls, chats and emails from Cummins Authorised Service Providers (ASP) requesting for support.  

-Creating service requests in Salesforce/OneCummins system and documenting technical information.

-Veryfying that Cummins published troubleshooting trees were followed by ASP’s when contacted on engine or power gen product hard to diagnose issues.

-Escalating service requests to Cummins CARE L2 for hard to diagnose issues on timely manner and as per the established rules.

-Providing support on Cummins digital products.

-Answering the questions related to product and/or service information.

– Directing requester to the correct team for other non-technical queries.
