We are looking for a team member with the following qualifications to be appointed as an ”Human Resources Intern” to be a part of holding HR Team. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Newly graduated or in the final year of study in relevant university departments.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Proficiency in English, with a strong emphasis on both written and spoken skills.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, focused on results.
• A keen interest in research, learning, and personal development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches and organize interviews.
• Manage data entries and maintain records for recruitment and training processes.
• Participate in organizing training and development programs.
