QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate students of 3rd grade preferably from Business Administration & Economics 
• Available to work at least 3 days a week is a must for one year 
• Good command of both written and spoken English 
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications 
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Job Description:

• Major contributor to support Credit Department’s daily workflow
• Responsible for internal and external communication for customer guarantee letters and credit approval forms. Completing signatures, faxing and confirmation by phone with banks and/or customers. Physical archiving of letters and other credit documents 
• Managing the document flow between departments and dealers and complete necessary record
• Preparing simple excel reports for supporting Credit department
