DAIKIN ISITMA VE SOĞUTMA SİSTEMLERİ SAN.TİC Staj Başvurusu – Production Engineering Engineer(Electronics)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering  Department (Electrical and Electronics Engineer)
• Newly graduated or maximum 3 years of work experience,
• Excellent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English)
• Basic knowledge on production technologies. Experience is preferred (like MES – Production software, Industrial Camera Inspection, RFID, barcode scanner, industrial barcode label printer etc.)
• Basic knowledge on PLC, Robot and industrial automation applications. Experience is preferred. (KUKA/ Universal Robot and Omron/Mitsubishi automation is preferred)
• Basic knowledge on Information Technologies (like TCP/IP, Network switch, hardware, MS Windows OS etc.)
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience in production factories or subcontractors of factories is preferred
• Completed military service for male candidates
• No restriction for travel in and out of country
• Driving License (class B)
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic
• Talented on problem solutions
• Able to adapt to learn PDS (Production of Daikin System) methods and philosophy
• Knowledge of Kaizen, 6S, VSM, Lean and/ or TPM activities is preferred
• Willing to live in Sakarya/İzmit

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To be member of Engineering Department
• To be from A to Z responsible/manager of new production improvement projects like robotic/visual inspection etc.

(Analysis, preparing reports and project schedules, coordination with candidate suppliers, getting pre-quotations from suppliers, creating pre-design for the process and whole installation stages) (Machine design is not necessary yet)

• To be responsible of improving Production software (MES – Manufacturing Execution System) and troubleshooting, coordination with software developer team related integration of the new processes (like barcode matching, RFID R/W etc).
• To be responsible for new products registrations on production software. (Inputting the data which is published on the technical drawings)
• To support the project team for automation and electronic subjects on newly installed machines or production lines.
• To investigate and apply the brand new production technologies (like Robot, RFID, AI, Internet of Things, IT equipment etc) onto the production lines.
