For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Human Resources Trainee for our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting Human Resources Department in payroll, administrative, recruitment and onboarding processes,
• Have the opportunity to work on exciting projects on talent management and employee experience,
• Following up system updates and procedures,
• Responsible from documentation and following up,

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/related departments or being last year in the University,
• High motivation and interest in Human Resources Department,
• Excellent level of English,
• Minimum 3-4 days availability in a week,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
