We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the regional material planning team.

Your key responsibilities

Overall management of BU region Material Planning orchestration and efficiency. Enabling regional service, lead time, inventory, cost and organization targets.

• Deliver a competitive and symmetrical service, lead time, inventory, cost and organization targets.
• Lead region material planning team & activities by implementing a performance driven culture based on continuous improvement and symmetrical SC ( cost-cash-service)
• Cascade region Material Planning the mission & objectives in line with the global & regional strategy to meet business requirements.
• Manage and control the material planning operation with full responsibility to achieve short and medium term financial and operating objectives set by management.
• Responsible for raw material availability based on business forecast & historical consumption, supplier performance, production plan and material planning best practices.
• Drive optimal inventory levels for symmetrical SC performance and competitive cost

We value

• Proven experience in complex SC operations effectively with>7 years of experience, 2 years management experience.
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, scientific or supply chain discipline or related field
• Fluent in English
• Good Microsoft Office skills, experience in SAP (APO/R3) and Kinaxis is a plus
• Working with all level from planners-senior stakeholders in a matrix organization, requiring a high degree of resilience and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership presence. Can develop and coach a team to be best of their ability.
• Excellent influential and communication skills for driving internal stakeholders alignment
