Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Flexible Packaging Segment
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the flexible packaging industry. (At least 5 years)
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
• In-depth knowledge of flexible packaging products, market trends, and customer needs and sustanability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
