Job Description

Students enrolled in University Engineering departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Information Technology Support Smart Start

Your contribution to something big:

• Providing helpdesk services to address user issues and requests.
• Performing computer hardware installations, configurations, and monitoring periodic maintenance activities.
• Tracking computer hardware needs and requests.
• Collaborating with other IT team members in the department to support development and improvement projects.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Availability to work at least 3 days a week during the internship
• Willingness to commit to an 11 month internship (include expected graduation date in the application)
• Effective time management and  problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware (PC, monitor, printer, etc.), Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in basic networking concepts
• Willing to learn and curious
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
