QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting Payroll Administrator in processing payrolls in a given retail scope,
- Running monthly payroll calculations, ensuring all legal notices, employee operations/processes and payments are performed in accordance with the legislation on time,
- Following the legal regulations and requirements regarding payroll processes, keep organization abreast,
- Recording and controlling entries of employee data in the SAP system,
- Taking the full accountability of the area of payroll,
- Following tax, social insurance, time attendance system, local and global benefits, leave management, termination process etc,
- Preparing the montly employee cost reports,
- Performing monthly payroll checks and controls,
- Ensuring compliance of payroll, providing advice to management on payroll initiatives, changes etc,
- Liaising with employees/managers/HR/Payroll providers and other third parties on a daily basis,
- Managing month-end duties and reports to Finance Dpt.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
- Having 1-2 years of experience max in the field of payroll and compensation & benefit in a global organization/manufacturing industry or new graduate,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, SAP HR,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
- Have an analytical skills, happy to work with numbers.
