Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, management or related fields,
• Min. 1,5 years related experience,
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
• High self-confidence and persuasion skills,
• Commitment to customer satisfaction,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs,
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Residence in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Monthly rent tracking for property to be purchased under Emlakjet real estate investment services,
• Following up on the furniture operations of the houses purchased,
• Following up on the payment status of expenses incurred in apartment purchases by contacting the accounting department,
•  Providing support to the processes of potential property that can be purchased by contacting real estate offices,
• Preparing and following up on the process of potential collaborations and rental contracts.
