The FläktGroup Turkey Factory is located in Dilovası/Kocaeli, and the Sales & Service Office is in Istanbul. 

We are currently looking for a Technical Sales & Service Engineer for our Service Sales department in Esenyurt/Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Departments of Engineering Faculties,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry,
• Experience in equipment selection and sales,
• Experience in assembly, installation, commissioning activities,
• Ability to manage field personnel and administrative tasks,
• Proficient in office programs,
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken),
• Analytical thinker with planning and organizational skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented,
• No domestic or international travel restrictions,
• Class B driver’s license,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description:

• Conducting equipment, spare parts, and project sales within the Technical Service department,
• Conducting customer visits to generate new business and projects,
• Selection of the product to be sold, preparation of the offer, and communication with the customer,
• Monitoring all stages of the sales process, including the delivery of materials/services and payment tracking,
• Informing the factory for technical reviews when necessary,
• Administrative coordination in field applications.
