SES KİMYA TEMİZLİK ÜRÜNLERİ GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARE Staj Başvurusu – İhracat Satış Pazarlama Sorumlusu

Ses Kimya A.Ş., Başakşehir ilçesinde yer alan, kozmetik sektöründe üretim ve ihracatı yapan firmamızın İhracat satış ve pazar payının artışında katkı sağlayacak aşağıdaki niteliklerde personel aranmaktadır.

GENEL NİTELİKLER:
* Tercihen Üniversite mezunu olan (İşletme, İktisat, Uluslararası İlişkiler, Yabancı Dil Bilgisi fakültelerinden vs );

* İleri düzeyde İngilizce bilen (aynı zamanında şu dillerden biri akıcı olarak kullanabilenleler için büyük bir artı olacaktır: Rusça, Arapça, Fransızca, İspanyolca);
* İhracat konusunda en az 1 yıl deneyimli;
* Yeni pazarlar ve müşteriler bulma konusunda yetenekli;
* Yazılı ve sözlü iletişimi kuvvetli olan;
* Takip yeteneği güçlü, sonuç odaklı, ikna ve satış kabiliyeti yüksek;
* Bilgisayar ve MS Ofis programlarına hakim;
* Avrupa yakasında ikamet eden/edebilecek;
* İstanbul, Altınşehir ofisimizde çalışacak.

İŞ TANIMI
* Yeni müşteri bulmak için alternatif satış kanalları araştırmak;
* Mevcut müşteri portföyünü yönetmek ve kurulmuş olan ilişkinin sürekliliğini sağlamak ve geliştirmek;
* Gerçekleşen ve hedef satış bütçesi için aylık, yıllık raporlamaları hazırlamak ve sunmak;
* Potansiyel gördüğü ürün ve pazarlar ile ilgili detaylı araştırma yapmak;
* Siparişin alınmasından, ürünlerin müşteriye teslim edildiğine kadar tüm süreci takip etmek;
* Satışı arttırmaya yönelik çalışmalarda bulunmak;
* Yurtiçi ve Yurtdışı fuarlarda görev almak,
* Pazar, rakip ve mevcut müşteri ile ilgili gelişmeleri takip etmek, gerekli raporları yöneticisine sunmak.

Our company Ses Kimya A.Ş., located in Başakşehir region and engaged in manufacturing and export of cosmetic products, is looking for the co-worker with the following qualifications to contribute to the increase of export sales and market share.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Preferably graduated from the University (Faculties of Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Foreign Languages, etc.);
* Fluent in English (at the same time the fluency in one of the following languages will be a big plus: Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish);
* With at least 1 year of experience in export sales;
* Skilled in finding new markets and customers;
* With strong written and verbal communication skills;
* With strong follow-up skills, high persuasion and perfect sales skills, result-oriented;
* Proficient in computer and MS Office programs;
* Residency in the European side of Istanbul or with the possibility to reside on the European side;
* Who will work in our office located in Altınşehir, Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Search for alternative sales channels to find new customers;
* Manage the existing customer portfolio and to ensure and develop the continuity of the established relationship;
* Prepare and present monthly and annual reports for the actual and target sales budget;
* Conduct detailed research on the products and markets that are considered to be potential;
* Handle the whole process (from the receipt of an order till the delivery of the products to the customer);
* Work over the increase of sales;
* Take part in domestic and international fairs,
* Follow the updates regarding the market itself, competitors and current customers, be able to present the necessary reports to the manager.
