Your Job Description

• Coordinates onboarding program for new comer orientations
• Executes benchmarks regarding best HR practices and develops new ideas for employer branding activities
• Schedules interviews with candidates when necessary
• Validates employment details and ensures correct documentation
• Keeps up organization charts
• Supports employees regarding HR practices, policies and all HR related matters
• Prepares HR reports

Your Profile:

• 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate , earliest graduation is January 2024
• Passionate About Developing Career in Human Resources
• Able to Work Three Days a Week
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Advanced English Level
• Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills
• Able to work in Ankara
