We invite you to get 1-0 ahead with Logo if you are:

  • Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in performance management; experience in organizational design and/or employee engagement is a plus,
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience in implementing & running performance management practices,
  • Experience in IT sector is a plus,
  • HRIS implementation experience is a plus,
  • Familiar with digital transformation, data analysis and agile working,
  • Excellent interpersonal and program management skills,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary,
  • Experience and skill working with a diverse range of stakeholders,
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing priorities are required,
  • Driven by success & challenge and the ability to embody and represent The Logo brand,
  • Motivated by working in a dynamic and fast paced team environment,
  • Researcher, future thinker, digitally savvy,
  • Customer focused,
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written,
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs,
  • Dynamic and result-oriented with high awareness,
  • Prone to agile working principles,
  • Attentive to the language used within the company

What we expect from the Senior Organizational Development Specialist;

  • Main responsibility areas are performance management and employee engagement,
  • Doing need-based analysis and contributing to further improve the OKR model & performance management infrastructure,
  • Run the performance management infrastructure as an admin/key user,
  • Provide support to the organization throughout the performance evaluation cycle,
  • Provide support to translating strategies into department & individual goals by running goal cascade down process,
  • Administer employee engagement survey and analyze trends and outcomes. Implement plans to address development areas,
  • Give HR domain consultancy to product development teams about designing & improving related modules,
  • Work on a variety of projects simultaneously; that will help the organization to achieve its strategic business goals and operational objectives,
  • Support the change management project culture in the company
