We are recruiting our clollegues  with the following skills and experience to work in our company, which provides service from design to production in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural vehicles and similar sectors by increasing the product groups containing electronic requests day by day.

  • Graduated from engineering departments of relevant universities,
  • Minimum  10 years of  experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Development Manager
  • Proficient in English (C1 or C2)
  • Residing / able to reside in İzmir


  • Determining and realizing the main business goals, strategies and targets in line with the vision and mission of the company,
  • Organizing periodic visits to existing and potential customers, organizing factory visits to customers,
  • Identifying potential customers, acquiring new customers, making risk analyzes by looking at customer distributions and informing senior management,
  • To manage sales, costing, pricing activities with current and potential customers in line with profitability, growth and business development goals,
  • Triggering the project processes, coordinating the project teams, evaluating the outputs by cooperating with other departments,
  • Sales agreements, confidentiality agreements, technical agreements, investment agreements, etc. with potential and existing customers. To examine the contracts with legal assistance, to identify the risks and alternatives related to them and to share them with the senior management,
  • Taking savings and improvement actions for medium-term plans,
  • Developing projects and business models for customers’ requests and needs,
