What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Managing and supporting export operation processes of the Foreign Trade under his/her responsibility in accordance with LLME targets.

What We Expect From You?

• Supporting the export sales group to calculate the cost of the product and to arrange the sales proforma-invoice,

• Collecting export orders, including them in the production schedule and creating a delivery schedule with the production unit,

• Taking part in the process of arranging tenders related to the procurement of transport services for exported products,

• Inform the customers on a weekly basis with the Production and Loading program,

• Making timely return and completing deficiencies regarding the product quality and quantity complaints from export customers,

• Control and follow up the payments according to payment terms in sales contracts on customer basis,

• Make vehicle organization according to delivery schedule approved by production,

• Dealing with the customs operation process.

Why You?

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 1 year of experience of export operations,
• Advanced level of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP in SD Module,
• Analytic and result oriented, strategic point of view,
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts.
