QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

– Provide day-to-day support of all leasing team activities and participate in the entire leasing cycle,

– Assist the Leasing manager(s) in contract preparations,

– Work closely with Legal Department on completion of agreements and signatures,

– Monitor the retail market and new tenants opening stores in the malls, prepare target list of the tenants for the perspective vacancies in the mall,

– Organize Specialty Leasing approvals,

– Collaborate with the architectural team in fulfilling tenants’ technical requests on the plans,

– Follow up shop delivery process with all parties involved.

Competencies

– 3rd or 4th year student in Architecture, Urban Planning or relevant studies from a reputable university

– Able to work at the office at least 3 days/week during the school year, 5 days/week during summer,

– Advanced level of English,

– Autocad user,

– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
