Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct comprehensive research, analyze data, and identify trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm ideas, prototype designs, and develop new technologies or methodologies.
• Evaluate existing products/processes and recommend improvements or modifications to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to integrate into R&D strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field or related discipline.
• Proven experience in R&D, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in utilizing R&D methodologies, tools, and techniques.
