QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We, asDAL Engineering Group are looking for ”Quality Control Manager” for our workshop located in European Free Zone (ASB) in Tekirdağ, Türkiye.

Our organization serves to cement industry worldwide, and many other different disinclines especially for heavy industries, automative industry and agriculture industry, and we do involve in our manufacturing process for all of the conventional manufacturing methods.

With our more then 100 projects executed around 60 countries; we provide services for our own equipment and engineering solutions in active projects in different locations from Japan to Colombia with our dynamic, energetic and proactive, young and good engineers.Work Description:

Required Skills and Specifications

Having mechanical/manufacturing/industrial egineering degree,
Having international welding engineer certification is,
Minimum 5 years QC managerial experience,
Having knowledge of problem solving methodologies and Istatistical process control experience,
Ability to exercise independent judgment,
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, managerial, and communicative (written and oral) skills,
Good level of English speaking,
Experience of manufacturing under ASME,PED and CE specifications,
High level of skills on data analyses, reporting and documentation.
Experience of Supplier audits and evaluation,
No military obligation for male candidates.

Followings are main criterias for the candidates:

Implement and manage the quality control program (Receiving quality, process quality control and final quality control),
Having the knowledge of the machining process in horizontal, vertical, bohrwerk CNC machining centers,
Having the knowledge for CMM measurement and conventional measurement methods/devices
Coordinate the team for CMM operators and CNC team quality control members,
Having the experience with working automative industries or similar mass production facilities
Prepare the quality control plan (ITP) as per client requirements on special projects,
Prepare welding procedures (WPS, PQR), realise welder certifications,
Manage and coordinate the three phases of quality control (preparatory, initial and follow up)
Manage documentation by quality control specialists, testing personnel and any other inspection and testing personnel,
Perform submittal review and approval,
Ensure testing is performed, and provide QC certifications and documentation,
Lead all quality control efforts,
Be fully aware of the contract, plans, specifications and applicable code,
Document and submit a weekly /monthly Report of Quality Control activities
Perform material inspections to verify that the products are to specifications and that storage, staging and material handling methods are implemented,
Coordinate 3th party testing agency activities,
Attend partnering meetings, QC plan meetings, coordination and mutual understanding meetings and conduct the QC meetings
