Job Description:

• Assist the HR Department for employees in Turkiye, Israel, and Greece, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance on various HR processes, systems, and practices.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring the completion of the necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records, including personnel files, mandatory training attendance records, and HR databases.
• Supporting the HR team in all HR functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, employee affairs, and employee communication.
• Communicating with the regional Payroll and HR Operations teams to support employee requests and business needs.
• Performing administrative tasks for key vendors such as insurance providers.
• Acting as SAP casual buyer for the HR department and completing all purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Tracking the contract processes for fixed-term and contingent employees.
• Assisting in the planning of HR & employee well-being events.

  General Qualifications:

• Preferably experience in an administrative role, preferably in a HR department or related setting,
• A good command of spoken and written English and Turkish,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (most importantly Excel and PowerPoint),
• Practical, action-oriented mindset that thrives in dynamic fast-paced environments,
• Confident, driven, detail and results oriented with a positive outlook.
