About the Role

You will develop necessary marketing strategies, create and implement budget plans for the products under your responsibility to achieve their sales and market share targets,

You will conduct the marketing trainings of your business stakeholders working in the field, also measure the efficiency of the trainings provided, visit our field team to observe that the product strategies are conveyed correctly in the field and participate in the organized doctor presentations,

By participating in national and international health congresses related to your own product group, you will follow the innovations and dynamics in the sector closely, and you will carry out activities to increase the recognition of the company in the national and international arena,

By closely following the activities of your local and global competitors in the sector, you will observe the current processes in the sector and make relevant reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant universities,
• At least three years of experience in a field promotion position in the pharmaceutical industry,
• Key Account management experience is a plus,
• Preferably with a master’s degree in Marketing,
• Preferably obtained Product Manager Certificate,
• Preferably fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and Data Management Skills.
• Strong presentation skills,
• Ability to provide intrinsic motivation with a high energy level,
• Planning and organization, analytical and result-oriented working competencies,
• Experience in managing and controlling complex projects and events in a multicultural context,
