• Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
• Good Russian or English communication skills, both oral and written,

• Knowledge of principles and processes of Lubricants sector is preferred,
• Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team,
• Holding the Turkish citizenship is preferred,
