We are looking for a “Legal Intern” position to be assigned in the Legal Consultancy Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Turkey,
• Proficiency and excellent command of written and spoken English (IELTS or TOEFL score is appreciated),
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills,
• Passionate and highly motivated,
• Responsibility and a willingness to learn and work as a team member,

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Consultancy Department in daily operations.
• Drafting, negotiating, and executing various types of contracts related to a wide range of areas, including commercial law, labor law, and intellectual property.
• Contributing ideas to develop solutions.
• Conducting legal research and giving accurate and timely legal research reports in a variety of legal topics.

•  Conducting daily corporate work including general assembly minutes, BoD resolutions.
• Translating legal documents from English to Turkish or vice versa.
• Obtaining information and documents from official institutions.
• Staying updated on new legislation and regulatory changes.
