We are looking for highly motivated Compliance Senior Specialist  to join our team !

 Responsibilities

• Deliver Compliance assurance reviews as a team member,
• Providing support to business units to ensure to establish an effective Compliance Management System,
• Create and manage to effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations,
• Develop and operate compliance process, take charge of certain initiatives, provide guidance,
• Extensive interaction with other departments,
• Rollout of topic specific initiatives/programs.

The role of the Compliance Senior Specialist is to support Legal Department.

Qualifications

•        Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Professional or Legal degree is beneficial),
•        Min.4 years of experience working in compliance programme within a business,
•        Effective stakeholder engagement, management and business partnering,
•        Intermediate level of verbal and written English,
•        Strong analytical skills,
•       Solution-minded; desire to solve problems,
•       Expertise in Energy, Oil & Gas Trade Compliance would be an advantage.
