Bosch Staj Başvurusu – Automotive Aftermarket Aftersales Operations

Job Description

• Supporting Automotive Aftermarket Technical Services & Support Team for daily tasks,
• Warranty operations management of automotive aftermarket product portfolio by using SAP; follow up customer warranty claims and processing necessary documentation via SAP,
•  Administrative support for technical training topics which are related with automotive technologies; invitations, attendance reports, survey follow up, certificate follow-up with Bosch Car Services and Key Accounts,
• Preparing and follow-up technical team’s KPIs and monthly reports by using PowerBI, providing insights about potential improvement areas.

Qualifications

• 4th year undergraduate and postgraduate students in the fields of Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
•  Strong written & verbal English language communication skills & fluency
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills, ability to challenge the team for ideas and standards
• High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for his/her responsibilities
•  Self-motivated, target oriented and able to handle various tasks at a time under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Good MS Office Excel, Power BI and Power Point knowledge, willing to learn different modules of SAP and different interfaces
• Technical Knowledge  or interest in  automotive technologies
