Job Description

Students enrolled in University Business Administration/Communication/Media departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Internal Communication and Business Excellence Smart Start

• Play a part in fostering internal communication and providing administrative support to the Business Excellence Team and organization. This position aims to support communicational activities within the organization, assist administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall internal communication activities.
• Collaborate with team members and related departments to gather information and create and assist engaging content for internal communications.
• Assist in the development and execution of communication plans.
• Support in communication channels such as email newsletters, internal platforms and other medium.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and corporate branding across internal communications and related internal documents.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Business Excellence Team
• Assist in the organization and coordination of team meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Enrolled in a relevant academic program (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written Turkish and English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
