Job Description

•   Assist the Automotive Aftermarket Export team by supporting operational tasks.
•  Daily support and tracking of customer orders in SAP system and preparation ofall relevant delivery documents.
•   Follow up export control topics
•   Operational support of all logistics chain activities (customer invoices, order management, claim management, export related topics)
•  Support AA Export team in products processes and procedures, all internal and external contacts and coordinations.

Qualifications

• 3rd year undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Engineering or Business Administration
• Strong written & verbal English language communication skills & fluency
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills, ability to challenge the team for ideas and standards
• High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for his/her responsibilities
• Self-motivated, target oriented and able to handle various tasks at a time under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Good MS Office Excel, Power BI and Power Point knowledge, willing to learn different modules of SAP and different interfaces
• Having interest on data visualisation, engineering, AI forecasting
• Ability to summarize the results and turn them into process map when needed
