Your Responsibilities

/Taking place in Functional Controlling activities, digitalization projects, specializing in reporting and consolidation

/Assist in monitoring and follow-up of budgets for Production and Administrative departments across different categories

/Support the team by assisting with monthly activities, KPI tracking, preparing reports and presentations, performing system entries and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned

/Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support for certain tasks, gather needed data, update documentation and ensure financial performance of business

/Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance

Your Profile

/Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, or a related field and inclined to financial analysis, budgeting and controlling or having experience or coursework is a plus

/Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

/Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

/Fluent English (spoken and written) is required, proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint. BI solutions, macro or programing language is an asset

/Able to work minimum 3 days in a week (remote working option is possible)
