Your Responsibilities

/Determining production process flows including headcount, layout and material flow requirements

/Implementing process kaizen studies

/Supporting/Leading productivity improvement projects such as line balancing, work content reduction and automation

/Following and reporting direct headcount requirements for responsible area

/Participating daily operational meetings and projects to increase efficiency

Your Profile

/Bachelor’s degree from Engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering)

/Ability to work at least 4 days in a week

/Very good command of English

/Aim to have career in manufacturing related areas

/Having very good communication skills; open and analytical minded; result oriented; high motivation and curiosity
