BSH Turkey Staj Başvurusu – Production Master Project Student

Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place ! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/ Lead to production lines (metal panel preparation, glassbonding & stainless steel door lines) in production engineering scopes.

/ Organizing blue collar workers in order to improve production standarts & eliminate production losses

/ Support digital tranformation studies in production area with related departments.

/ Leading daily production meetings to evaluate & improve production KPIs(OEE, scrap, quantity etc.)

/ Conducting & improving TPM activities.

Your Profile

/ Master student from manufacturing, mechanical, mechatronics or industrial engineering departments.

/  Able to work minumum 4 days/week in factory area (Working 5 days/week is preferably.).

/ Living in İstanbul (Silivri, Beylikdüzü, Avcılar etc.), Çorlu or Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

/ Aim to have career in production engineering field. Able to work with blue collar workers & strong leadership skills.

/ Having very good communication skills; open and analytical minded; result oriented; high motivation and curiosity. Good communication skills in English is preferably.
