Qualifications

•  3rd or 4th Year Student in related departments of universities 
•  Fluent in English 
•  Able to continue internship 3-4 days a week 
•  Proficient in using MS Office programs

Job Description

• The contracts which were received from the customers to be sent from to the Ministry are signed by the management and the signed QPPV (Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance) CVs are attached, sending them to the Notary for approval and ensuring the necessary communication with the relevant parties.
• Submitting the Return Reports of the companies whose contracts have been terminated which are shared by the PV Manager or the PV Team Leader to Finance Department for archiving. Updating the necessary parts in the relevant tables/reports.
• Preparation of PV Service Agreements and additional protocols according to the direction of the BD Director and/or BD Specialist.
• Ensuring coordination with the Business Development Assistant in order to share the contracts and additional protocols with the companies’ QPPVs in the common folders.
• Processing the new contract data to the contract list in the common folder in order to keep the Contract Follow-up list up to date (Notary Approved Ministry Application, Pharmacovigilance Service Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Additional Protocol Agreement, Safety Data Exchange Agreement, etc.).
• Making the necessary preparations and participating in the weekly meetings held within the department, keeping the meeting notes when necessary and sharing them with the other people attending the meeting.
• Preparing reports for the meetings and participating in the weekly meetings held within the department. Taking meeting minutes and sharing them with other attendees in the meeting when it is needed.
• Preparation of all reports and documents requested by the scope of the task and the manager. Keeping up to date their publications and presentations.
