For our HR organization, where all the people-related processes are discussed and initiatives are taken, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Intern for our Trabzon Plant, where one of our Hazelnut plants is located.

Who we are looking for:

•     Bachelor’s Degree
•     Fluent in English and Turkish
•     Good level of MS Office applications,
•     Strong communication, analytical thinking, organizational & planning skills,
•     Problem solver, result oriented, team worker,

Main Responsibilities:

•    Support recruitment process
•    Actively take place in statistical reporting processes of the HR systems
•    Provide support for trainings processes as well as HR projects thoughout the year       andregular HR office and administrative duties
•    Organize induction program for new joiners
•    Support HR social activities and events
•    Provide support for payroll process
