Who we are looking for:

• Studying in related programs (Food Engineering, Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering)
• Able to work 5 days/week
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of MS Office tools
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain the laboratory in a clean and safe on a daily basis
• Enter analysis results into database and analyze recorded information to determine any trends
• Collect in-process and finished product samples
• Calibrate lab equipment for accurate results
• Perform analysis according to plan of control and record information to assure that finished goods and in-process samples are in compliance to all specifications
• Being a member of Environmental Pathogen Monitoring (EMP) for Zero Risk Food Safety (ZRFS) Project
• Being a member of ISO 17025 accreditation team. Prepare documents of labroatory instruction after controls of FQD Center procedures and Manisa Laboratory jobs comparision
