• Studying in Computer/Informatics based departments 
• Knowledge in network management (TCP.IP, DHCP)

• Strong planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and job follow-up skills 
• Professional communication skills and time management

 
Job Description 

• Supporting users’ hardware and software problems and network failure requests 
• Keeping IT inventory records up to date 
• Preparing computers ready for use 
• Tracking of suppliers and transferring equipments (laptop, LCD, cable, etc.) between offices 
• Providing service and maintenance follow-up for malfunctioning devices 
• Supporting the development of information security and user-oriented processes and policies
