GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Role Purpose

• Support to organize all functions to secure compliance  with five different Fixed Line Authorizations given by BTK/ICTA these are (Internet Service Provider (ISP), Fixed Infrastructure Management Service (AIS), Fixed Telephony Services (STH), MVNO, Satellite Service Provider (UHH), Cable Broadcasting Service (KYH) licences and regulations in force
• Supporting management of fixed services regulatory issues and activities in accordance with Vodafone Net’s regulatory and compliance strategy and relevant regulations.
• To act as an internal regulatory partner providing fixed regulatory issues and compliance advice to the other fixed teams to support achievement of regulatory targets.
• Carrying out affairs with regulation authorities and assuring compliance to regulations, with focus on access and compliance.
• To making regular follow of legislation and issues and to do regular analysis & reporting.
• To follow and coordinate the regular reports to be made to the relevant Ministry and public institutions, especially BTK.

Your Place in the team

• Support to implement  the fixed regulatory issues within the company
• Support to official communication with the Authority Bodies
• Support related departments to assure compliance with the fixed regulatory obligations
• Preparing and understanding public opinion to published by regulatory authority.
• Ensure that ICTA/BTK regular reports are delivered accurately and on time.
• To initiate updating relevant procedures according to the regulatory changes together with related departments
• To support business units to secure procedures are up-to-date and meet latest regulatory requirements
• To research regulatory risks and give feedback to the other functions to secure protective & corrective actions
• Follow up day-to-day Regulatory developments, comments and tu shared related departments
• To inform and follow up related department actions to be prepared against any regulatory investigation or audit
• To represent Company during meeting/investigations/audits
• To prepare report on the audits and investigations and provide necessary documentation
• To inform management about predicted risks and  complications on audits and investigations
• Following the issues that need to be improved with the outcomes after the audits and investigations and directing the relevant units for compliance.

• University student in Engineering, Business Administrations or similar fields.
