We are looking for IT Recruitment Intern Programme who will be part of our growing team.

We are Patika Global Technology – a technology solutions company that develops software for different industries including but not limited to retail, healthcare and FMCG.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct initial assessments and provide recommendations for candidate shortlisting.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support in the creation of job postings and advertisements.

Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s program in sociology, human resources, psychology, or related fields.

Mandatory internship as part of the academic curriculum is preferred.

Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.

Preferably based in Istanbul.
