QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To work by the FPS Turkey Quality and Product Safety Policy in the factories for which it is responsible, to work with the team, and to coordinate the team to ensure that the production activities are carried out according to the established standards and customer demands. To lead the work for the continuous improvement of the current system. To manage the processes of customer complaints, control non-conforming products, and monitor their effectiveness. Representing the company against the client and third-party audit firms.

Job Description:

To ensure that self-affiliated teams work according to the FPS Turkey Quality and Product Safety policy.
To follow up and set an example for the other departments it works within its field of responsibility to work by the FPS Turkey Quality and Product Safety policy
To coordinate the teams to carry out the quality control activities in their areas of responsibility by the quality plans
In case of detection of non-conforming products, to ensure that the process of control of the non-conforming product is carried out
To take part in the improvement groups established within the company, to ensure that the team takes part and follows the results. To ensure that Quality Roadmaps are prepared and followed.
Managing the customer complaints process and monitoring its effectiveness
To make requests for the improvement of the performance of suppliers and to provide the necessary support
In parallel with changing customer expectations, carry out activities in the identification, updating or development of measuring and testing devices (equipment)

Profile:

Have a degree in engineering (preferably a degree in Chemical, Food or Environmental Engineering),
5 or more years of experience in quality control applications and quality systems,
Preferably with ISO 9001:2015 and BRCGS PM training,
Experienced in root cause analysis and problem-solving,
Experience in Customer Complaints Management,
Very good command of English,
Uses MS Office programs at a very good level,
Communication, organization and coordination skills are developed.
Residing on the European Side of Istanbul.
