We are looking for Talent Sourcer to join ourTEAM!

Our team is made up of a range of backgrounds, but we all share certain qualities; drive, curiosity, intelligence and a passion for the recruitment industry with a desire to learn and continuously improve.

Being a member of our Team, some of your responsibilities will be as follows;

 

·       Supports Team on creating a list of potential clients to be contacted,

·       Participates in meetings with both potential and existing key clients,

·       Supports consultants in the process of direct search of candidates to be introduced to recruitment process.

·       Delivers of part of the recruitment process on manager’s request (search, analysis of CV, preselection of candidates).

·       Interacts with potential candidates via social media and professional networks.

·       Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.

·       Promote the company brand on online platforms.

·       Prepares summaries and reports on candidates’ search activity.

·       Prepares market analysis and reports.

·       Relationship management with all stakeholders (colleagues, clients and candidates)

 

Experience & Skills;

·       University degree,

·       Having an internship or part-time work experience during university education,

·       Familiarity with social media channels with strong communication skills,

·       Having result-oriented and self-driven attitude,

·       Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning

·       Having a proactive mindset with the ability to overcome challenges

·       Fluency in both written and spoken English.
