Human Resources Intern

Job Description

• Assisting talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics.
• Managing employee database and preparing Group and ad-hoc reports.
• Managing employee engagement, social media, and employer branding activities.
• Maintaining HR systems.
• Assisting talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conducting the employee’s onboarding process Helping to organize the training & development initiatives.
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintaining employee files and records in hard and soft copy form.
• Helping to organize the training and development initiatives.
• Reporting to the HRBP in Istanbul directly and HRBP in Dubai with a dotted line

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or current student of a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources, Human capital, Organizational Leadership, or a comparable study
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Interested in working in a multicultural environment
• Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
