Huhtamaki Flexibles Türkiye Staj Başvurusu – Regional Technical Manager, Gka

Position Summary

• Leading and managing regional technical activities with Global Key Account as a single point of contact for all technical and innovation-related activities.
• Work alongside the commercial key account manager to strategize and increase Huhtamaki’s share of wallet in the GKA.
• Work in close contact with Huhtamaki Global R&D and Product Development teams to drive the best mutual value out of the overall innovation pipeline.
• To bring competitive advantage and add value, in line with the strategic objectives of the Flexible Packaging segment.

Organizational Context

• Flexible packaging segment is organized in regional BUs with full P&L responsibility. All Innovation activities are managed and coordinated by a global team with a focus on R&D, Product Development, as well as Technical Management for Global Key Accounts.
• A large part of Flexible Packaging Segment sales is from Global Key Accounts. It’s imperative to assign dedicated technical resources to individual key accounts to proactively support their technical requirements and build win-win relationships with important technical people in the customer organization while focusing on increasing Huhtamaki’s share of wallet with global accounts.
• The Regional Technical Manager will report directly to the Senior Technical Manager of the Global Key Account and work closely with Regional Innovation teams. Regional Technical Manager will be the SPOC of the key account in the region.
• The Regional Technical Account Manager will be part of the Global Technical Account team, which will have strong overlap with Global R&D and Global Product Development Teams to derive maximum benefit for Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging and to provide a seamless, value-added Innovation support to all our customers across the regions.
