HCT is the international trading arm of the HeidelbergCement Group, handling overseas dry-bulk products exports and imports. For our office in Istanbul, we are looking for a young talents as
HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to OWN YOUR IMPACT by working in all areas of HR with some areas of focus including: benefits and compensation issues, leave of absences, performance management, wage/hour issues, and assisting with recruitment and retention activities
· Assisting compensation and budget processes.
· Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics.
· Managing employee database and preparing Group and ad-hoc reports.
· Managing employee engagement, social media and employer branding activities.
· Assisting talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
· Conducting employee onboarding and helping to organize training & development initiatives.
· Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise.
· Maintaining employee files and records in hard and soft copy form.
· Reporting to the HR BP in Istanbul directly and HR BP in Dubai with a dotted line
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
· Recent graduate (within the past 12 months) or junior/senior currently attaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources, Human capital, Organizational Leadership, or comparable study is required
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
· Strong written and oral communication skills in English
· Proactivity and ability to work independently
· Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment
· Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
· Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
