QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Operating in more than 130 countries, TOTAL is one of the major world-class energy companies. TOTAL is looking for an intern for the following position:

• Having an obligation to do an internship and/or the university to register the student to local Turkish social security system and pay the Social Security Premiums during the internship period
• Supporting recruitment process (searching CV’s,  phone interviews, organizing interviews etc.)
• Supporting administrative stuff
• Coordinating onboarding program for new comers
• Making training organizations according to training plan
• Following up daily HR activities

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or master student preferably in Business Management or Social Sciences
• Able to work 2-3 days per week
• Good command of English
• Having strong communication and interpersonal skills
• MS Office Applications
