Staj Başvurusu – Marketing Manager

We are looking for a “Marketing Manager” to be assigned to our leading production company in the sector.

Requirements:

• 10 + years of experience in an advertising agency and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager leading a team
• Solid working knowledge of digital marketing platforms
• A growth mindset and highly proactive
• Be an excellent negotiator, communicator and influencer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
• Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate highly technical concepts and topics effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and project manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing plans, analyze & evaluate market trends
• Develops and successfully executes the innovation & renovation pipeline of the portfolios ensuring competitive intensity
• Building Brand Strategy and directing Product Strategy and Concepts aligning with the Brand Strategy
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market dynamics to refine marketing strategies
• Develop appropriate formats for thought leadership content (video, social media post, blog, e-book, etc.) dependent on the target audience and level of sales qualification
• Managing digital marketing operations (Adwords, Facebook, Instagram etc. campaign setup and optimization, audience strategy, creative briefing)
• Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns from beginning to end
• Maintain effective communication with clients
